I may have a small obsession with rings.
I have a ton of them, both real and fake. I am the only grand-daughter on two sides and have inherited some gorgeous antique pieces. I also have a really lovely engagement ring (above pic, far right) that is perfectly pretty. Do I wear any of these rings?
What I really wear are my faux options from QVC. They are called Diamonique and they are super fun. You see, I get bored pretty easily. I am not the type of girl that has to wear her engagement ring from the second I got married till death do us part. I like to play around a little and wearing fake options gives me the chance to wear what I like at that moment and to wear styles that I could never afford.
Three carats anyone? Yes, please.
The only jewelry I rarely take off is a plain band that I got on my one year anniversary, or my original wedding band (top photo, far left.) I just stack the other ones with it (them.) I get a lot of compliments on my (fake) rings and most of the time I smile and say thank you. However, I’m not shy about directing folks to where I buy my rings and how much I love switching them up.
Without further ado, here are my favorites (with links!)
A fun, colored stone option. The size is large and slightly obnoxious, but I don’t mind. Is there really such a thing as too big? Don’t answer that.
This set is really pretty and the stones are large enough to stand out, yet not too large, you know? The Goldilocks of rings, if you will. I used to wear the eternity band alone all the time, but I recently ruined it (don’t ask.)
This ring is a really close match to my real one.
I have a set of these pink, micro pave eternity bands and love stacking them with other rings. I would like the blue one’s as well so I can stack them to represent my girl and boy.
Tell me, would you wear fake wedding rings on a daily basis?
