New Moon Necklace (obsessed!)
I’ve always been an accessories kind of girl. It’s really the easiest way to make any outfit better, and it’s the best way to make old things look new again. Funny enough, I have about three “nice” dresses that I wear to fancier events, and I wear them over and over again. They are plainer styles that don’t look like much, but with the right accessories they really stand out. It never makes a lot of sense for me to buy all new outfits to go to weddings or parties, I just rotate my standards and add in some fun touches. In essence, I’m really a “plain clothes” kind of gal who jazzes it all up with jewelry. It’s just my thing. It’s the details in a look that always make the difference, I promise!
A couple of years ago I connected with a reader turned friend (Marina!) over blogging. I think we connected first over social media, and then we added in texts, and recently graduated into hour long phone calls where we quickly got off topic a time or two. This is what makes blogging amazing! You make friends with people you never would have met otherwise. I love it.
Marina recently became a stylist with Stella and Dot as a way to get out of the house a bit after having her (seriously gorgeous) baby boy, and to wear some great jewelry(!), and I am thrilled to host an online trunk show with her. I love Stella and Dot! And you, too, Marina;)
You can find Marina on Instagram here, she has such a beautiful feed!
Here are some of my favorite Stella and Dot pieces (that you can get right now;)
I’m a sucker for an engraveable ANYTHING, so this bar necklace is awesome. I would engrave “mama” on it;)
This Sahara Pendant Necklace is perfection. I love the length, as well as the whole vibe of it.
This Lightening ring is perfect for a simple, yet eye catching everyday look.
I haven’t been an earring type of person in a long time (besides simple studs), but I’m ready to try longer styles like these Arrow earrings.
Bracelets have always been my favorite accessory, maybe because I can see them more when I wear them? I’m in love (ha) with this Love bangle, this engraveable cuff (with my husband’s initials on it…awe!), and this simple pave Alice bracelet.
Also, how cute is this Tribal print beauty bag?
And how fun is this bright yellow Nolita crossbody bag?
On to the fun! I have an online trunk show available NOW that you can shop at if you’d like (I seriously got lost browsing in the darn thing for the last hour!), that there are some really good deals in there. For instance, of you spend $50, you get 50% off trunk show exclusives (which you can find here.)
Tell me, which is your favorite piece of jewelry from above?
