It’s always fun for me to look into my analytics here on my blog and see what you all have loved reading the most! And honestly, it is so interesting to notice that my posts from when I did the Bikini Body program are still the most read BY FAR, as well as self tanner comparisons and my more confessional type posts. I always thought creating anything other than style posts were things that wouldn’t be as well read here, as that was the main focus for the first 6 years I’ve been publishing, for but I was wrong! Which is amazing, because I’m REALLY passionate about a number of things, but mainly health and wellness, self-help and spiritual growth, style, and beauty. I love researching and learning more about all of these areas, and I am devoted to helping YOU become your best self (as I am working on that myself!) in the New Year. You’ll see a lot more content in all of those areas, as well as a few online courses I have in mind to launch in 2019. I can’t wait to unveil them to you!
Without further ado, here are my top 10 most read blog posts of 2018:
- Kayla Itsine’s Bikini Body Guide week 1-12 results.
- Tanwise vs St. Tropez self tanner comparison
- The Eating Plan I follow to go along with my BBG workouts
- Confession: I’ve had two breast surgeries
- How to get started with BBG
- The quest for the perfect self tanner
- 5 things I’m afraid to tell you
- From macros to intuitive eating….
- 5 things I gave up on this year
- Splurge vs Save Fall Capsule Wardrobe Ideas
I’m so glad my posts on BBG were so well received, and even though I don’t do that program anymore (I have been doing CrossFit for 18 months!), I would highly recommend it for anyone getting in shape. I also ran my first half marathon this year and wrote about that as well. Fitness and eating well are HUGE priorties of mine and documenting that here makes me so freakin’ happy!
As for me, my most favorite post to WRITE was about turning 38 and the things I learned this year.
So that’s it! I am honored as always to be able to create content you all enjoy reading. This is my full-time job (pinch me, I’m so lucky!), and I am grateful a million times over for it.
Tell me, what kind of posts would YOU like to read more of in 2019?
