After a couple of weeks off from documenting my daily looks in blog post form (I still update my Shop My Instagram page daily!), I finally got my life together and wanted to share some easy Fall looks as well as a best selling workout outfit I am OBSESSED with.
Here is a look at all the outfits I wore this past week!
***As always, you can shop all of these looks via my Shop My Instagram page! I update it daily and when you click each picture it gives you a link to each piece I wear. It takes a ton of time to link outfits and have them available for you. I get a small commission when you buy pieces I recommend. If you shop at Target, please consider using my link online (not the app!) and either shipping it to the store or your house. I appreciate it! That is the only way I get “credit” for yur purchases.
I snagged this top at Target a couple of weeks ago and loved the faded gray color and the fact that it is a graphic tee with long sleeves! I am wearing a size medium in this top because I like a slouchier fit. And I realize I am a broken record with these jeans, but I have owned them since last Spring and they are THE BEST. I wear them probably 5x a week! They go on tight but loosen up by at least 1 size when wearing. I am wearing a size 6 and they fit perfectly.
This oversized sweatshirt is perfect for not so cold Fall days! Perfect for errands and sports practices and all things #momlife. I saw they also have an olive green version that says “Portland!” I am wearing a size medium and love the slouchy fit.
I love that this time of year it starts out in the 50’s in the morning and ends up in the 70’s, typically. So, layers are key! This Madewell skirt came in my Trunk Club box last month and I love it. It fits true to size (I’m wearing a size 6), and is the perfect length (not too short.) I layered it with a Target graphic tee and a cardigan I bought last year, but I saw they have a similar one again. I LOVE longer cardigans and you can’t beat the price point.
I have worn this outfit probably 4 times in the past week, that is how much I love it! The sweatshirt is a much brighter yellow in person, and I am wearing a large as it is cropped and I wanted it big. This is probably my ideal outfit right now. Comfortable, easy to wear, but just fun enough with the furry mules to feel a bit different. Also, these slip on shoes feel like slippers, but have a “dressier” look. They are different FOR SURE (you either love them or hate them!) I happen to love them.
I wore this out yesterday for a Target run and a lunch date with my kids! Funny enough, I tend to dress up more on the weekends as I usually get to go out more, and don’t work out (meaning I get dressed when I wake up versus at noon after the gym and running errands as a sweaty mess!) I’ve owned these jeans for 2+ years now and still love them dearly. They have a cropped, flare fit, and I love how “different” they can look than typical skinny jeans. Another “love them or hate them” fit (they can look like high waters lol.) I like to find styles that are a bit out of the box and not typical, and that work with my casual life BUT make me feel like ME. This look does that!
And some best sellers!
The best sellers BY FAR have been these Amazon workout tops (that I own NINE of…) and these Amazon workout leggings. You guys know that I workout about 5x/week both at CrossFit and running outside. So I need pieces that work functionally, but look good, too. These two pieces work for both. The tops fit higher in the neck, not tight in the waist, and have a dropped arm that let’s air circulate (but doesn’t expose too much.) You can buy them individually or in sets of three for under $20 or about $8 each. I am OBSESSED and it is the only workout top I wear right now. I wear the size small. And the pants! I own two in the black and two in lighter colors. I prefer the black because I sweat a lot and don’t like to see sweat show through (I wear the lighter colors for daily use.) These are true to size, don’t slide down when running, and are squat proof. I have the capri length now, but will buy the longer length when it gets colder. These are great workout pants that won’t break the bank.
The next best seller was this thermal tee for $16! I actually own it is three colors;) I love that it can be worn with skinny jeans and a cardigan, or lounging at home in joggers and slippers (my fave!) I am wearing a size small and it fits oversized, but not crazy big. It can be worn slightly off the shoulder, too, if you size up.
