Happy Monday, friends! I’ve been sharing my daily looks over on Instagram (in stories, it is so much fun over there lol!)It has been so motivating, and I wanted to put my weekly looks in one place for you. I’ve basically challenged myself to get dressed most days, because I have found that I feel my best when I make an effort to look nice, even if most days I am either working from home, or out and about with my kids and husband running errands or going to endless sports practices;)
I’ve been documenting my daily looks on video, and adding them into my Shop My Looks page here each day. You can click on each picture there and there are links to each piece I am wearing. I update it every single day. I also show all outfits in my Instastories each day if you like to see it live each day. These are truly outfits I am wearing in my real life, and in real-time.
I’m all about easy, comfortable looks. If I like something, I rewear it a TON, and I hope I can bring you inspiration if you need some help with outfit ideas. If you are looking for even more style inspo, I have a weekly style newsletter that goes out every Sunday morning and it is probably my favorite thing to write right now. Come join the fun!
Sizing references! I am 5’5″ tall, and wear a size 4-6 in pants, a small in tops, and a size 4 in dresses. I will let you know under each pic how something fits and the sizes I chose.
I snagged this sweater via Target last week and love it so much! I mean, look at the fringe;) I grabbed an XL because I like a slouchier fit, but you can go true to size if you like it to fit closer to your body. It also comes in a pretty tan/cream color! And these jeans and shoes are from Madewell, I snagged them during the Black Friday sales last year. This is the best time to get pricier items that you have had your eye on. Both of these are true to size and fit really well.
**Stay tuned for a post coming up on Wednesday where I chat about my strategy for Black Friday shopping.
Another super cozy top from Target! I originally ordered this in a medium, and then returned for an XL. This is the softest fleece ever and I just love the pattern. Also, it matches my phone unintentionally lol.
I have had all of these pieces for several years and still love them (basically a testament to a mostly neutral, uniform based wardrobe!) This sweater is the best! I love the tunic length and how it can be dressed up of down. I bought it on sale last year during Black Friday and plan to snag another one in a different color this year. Maybe pink? I am wearing a size small.
And these leggings are my favorite! I have had them for over 3 years and they look like new. They can be worn casually with a sweatshirt or dressed up with a sweater and heels.
This sweater is so freakin soft and cozy, and I love the color! (It comes in a bunch more!) I bought a large for roominess, but you could go true to size if you want a closer fit. I’ve worn it with my ripped boyfriend jeans and these black skinnies, and I think it looks good with both.
And these sneakers have been a go-to for me for a couple of years now. I like that they are simple, and don’t look too casual, do you know what I mean? I slip them on a lot for errands and casual outings with my family, but would look cute with a dress as well!
This was my Friday night hang out look, but could definitely wear it with a pair of sneakers/boots and a cardigan! I love Free People thermals so much because they are typically long enough to wear with leggings, and are really good quality. I wear this one a lot with skinny jeans and boots, too! Mine is from lasy year, but here is a similar version!
